As a family, we collectively conjures up images of doing better, getting better, but how do we start, what do we do and how can we plan to do it? Often in life when we get an idea everything takes on an air of urgency. The X factor takes over and our senses get excited at the very thought of what maybe to come, which means our expectations are about to determine our attitude and the way in which we make decisions
If you take any given situation, personal or business good or bad, what is your expectation when you churn it over in your mind at various times of the day. For most of us our expectations change as we add or subtract bits to the puzzle accordingly the decision making process is a temperamental one and mood swings sometimes speak louder than words.
To be happy or satisfied with the outcome, you must be able to look at both sides of the coin. To achieve this, it is important to take past experiences into account, but not just your own experience. To assist with this objective we can thank the Google team for its group concept, which allows us to share and exchange views and opinions without distance or costs being a factor or liability.
